• How to contact the owner service ?

For any information, you can contact us via the message board in your owner's area or by calling 01 34 44 07 34, from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm.

• Who will be the contact person for the tenants?

Our customer service department answers questions from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm and on Saturday from 10:30am to 7pm in 6 languages. Tenants can also contact you via the messaging system to ask questions about the accommodation. Before confirming a reservation, it is not possible to send the client his contact information or invite him to book on another platform.

• How does a reservation take place ?

a) Who takes care of the tourist tax?
Locasun collects and pays the tourist tax to the municipalities.
b) The reservation

1 : You receive a reservation request.
2 : You have 48 hours to confirm or refuse manually.
3 : When you confirm your reservation, you will receive a copy of the rental contract as well as the client's contact information in the "My Tenants" section.
4 : It is up to you to organize the delivery of the keys as well as the recovery of the deposit.
5 : Finally, Locasun releases the funds to the owner when the clients are on site.


• What type of rental am I allowed to rent?

You can rent out entire properties, i.e. an entire apartment, a house, a mobile home, a guest room, a gîte, etc.
